Job Description
Pave is building a leading compensation platform combining real-time compensation data with AI and machine learning. They are seeking a Product Manager to lead product strategy for their Market Data teams, focusing on displacement of legacy providers and building scalable data pipelines. The team operates from a distributed, hybrid work model, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years building B2B data products or similar products at scale
- Deep customer obsession
