Asphalt Milling & Grading Operator

Pavement Preservation Group (Cactus Asphalt, American Pavement Preservation, and Viking Construction) is seeking experienced Milling and/or Grading Operators to safely operate heavy equipment for road maintenance. The role focuses on preparing and maintaining roadways, ensuring proper surface preparation for paving, and contributing to successful project completion. This is a full-time position with no relocation assistance.

Requirements

• Milling /Grading experience: 3 years
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time
• Ability to pass a drug test at all times
• Ability to lift and move items up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 90 pounds occasionally
• Ability to frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles
• Ability to travel 25% of the time
