Night Auditor Part Time

Pax Properties is looking for a Night Auditor to join their team at the Vero Beach Inn & Suites location in Vero Beach, FL. The Night Auditor is responsible for recording and keeping hotel logistical information up to date, preparing reports for the following day shift, and assisting guests with inquiries.

Requirements

• Provide professional and courteous guest service at all times
• Answer telephone calls according to POP
• Register and assign rooms to guests
• Maintain wake-up call service daily
• Run nightly reports ensuring daily financials balance according to property’s POP
• Post charges correctly to guest folios as needed
• Promote any current hotel and franchise marketing programs
• Maintain workspace and storage areas to be neat and clean
• Complete daily cash deposit log
• Serve as Manager on Duty
• Respond to and assists guests in the event of an emergency
• Prepare for, attends, and contributes to the weekly department meetings
