Job Description
The admin assistant is responsible for overseeing administrative, procurement, marketing and activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing strong support to the projects and operations departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in office management, administration, or procurement
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proven ability to capture and distribute accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action points
