Job Description
PaxeraHealth is seeking a Controller to join their Finance team in Newton, MA. This hybrid role will focus on leading accounting operations, ensuring compliance, and improving financial processes. Requirements
- Lead all accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll, general ledger)
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Oversee external audits and liaison with auditors
- Partner with leadership to provide financial insights
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff
- Conduct financial analysis
