Brand and Design Lead

payabl. is seeking a Senior Creative Lead to own their visual brand vision and build a dynamic design function. This role involves leading a team, managing creative direction, ensuring brand consistency, and ensuring stakeholders trust the delivered work. The position reports to the CMO and focuses on elevating the company’s creative standards and brand voice.

Requirements

• 6+ years in visual/brand design, including 2+ years leading teams (ideally within SaaS, tech, or product-led companies).
• Proven in-house experience driving a brand from conception to execution across multiple channels.
• Portfolio that demonstrates visual systems, rebrands/launches, employer brand creative, and consistent multi-channel application.
• Skilled at briefing and QA-ing agencies/freelancers while building and coaching strong in-house design teams.
