Requirements
- 6-10+ years in payments, banking operations, or financial services.
- Experience with payment accounts, transaction processing, and internal banking systems.
- Exposure to SEPA/SWIFT/IBAN-related flows.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Solid understanding of compliance, data protection, and operational risk.
- Proven ability to collaborate across Product, Operations, and Finance.
- Commercial acumen.
