Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of B2B clients and support our growing business. As a trusted partner, you will ensure clients get the most from Paynovate’s solutions, anticipate their needs, and handle follow-ups, and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- First experience in Customer Success, Payments, IT or SaaS
- Curiosity about the payments industry, eagerness to learn, and resilience in handling client challenges
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to build trust with clients
- Comfortable using CRM tools (ideally Hubspot) and collaborating with cross-functional teams
