Banking&Treasury Director, Easylink

Payoneer is looking for an experienced banking and treasury head for its China payment license entity specialized in cross-border payments industry. The position holder will be directly reporting to the CEO of China license entity and will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with domestic and cross-border payments partner banks and clearing houses, overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust banking and payment systems, and leading the processing and management of daily liquidity and customer funds settlement of the China license entity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in China banking, cross border payments, payment regulations and FX
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Proven track record in managing complex Chinese bank relationships and payment infrastructure
• Deep understanding of Chinese payment and cross-border payment systems, FX, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities
• In-depth knowledge of China cross-border ecommerce and cross-border payments scenarios and flows
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Results-driven with a focus on delivering high-impact outcomes
• Professional level in English, both reading and writing
