Business Analyst, Working Capital

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Working Capital team and support the data and analytics domain of the business unit. The role is well-suited for an analytically strong, hands-on individual early in their career, who is excited to work close to the business, learn how data drives decision-making, and gradually take ownership over analyses and reporting in a high-impact environment.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related analytical role
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis; experience with BigQuery is an advantage
• Experience working with spreadsheets and BI tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to visualize data clearly and communicate insights in a simple and structured way
• Strong communication skills and motivation to work closely with business stakeholders
• High learning ability, curiosity, and eagerness to grow professionally
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or lending products
• Familiarity with experimentation, KPIs, or performance monitoring
• Experience working in a fast-paced or cross-functional environment
