Enterprise Client Success Manager

We're looking for a motivated self-starter to grow new and existing accounts as an Enterprise Client Success Manager. The ideal candidate has experience managing executive and C-level relationships at large corporations and is comfortable with technology products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, overseas education background preferred
• 8+ years of experience in a client facing role in high growth technology firms, ecommerce/payments firm, fintech space or in a financial institution
• Ability to work with global cross teams, including sales/bd, finance, marketing, risk, customer care, legal, product, professional services, and compliance
• Excellent phone manner and presentation skills and able to productively facilitate meetings with up to 20 participants
• Able to travel to clients on frequent basis
• Creative problem solver with the ability to think out of the box but also to know how to plan, prioritize, and execute on strategies to meet client needs and revenue goals
• Excellent written and verbal skill in both Mandarin and English
