Director, Product Growth

This role leads the commercial growth strategy for PayPal’s omni-payments platform, driving adoption of embedded payment capabilities across SaaS, ISV, and platform partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Deep experience with embedded payments, platform payments, or SaaS partner ecosystems
• Strong understanding of commercial models, partner economics, and multi-product revenue strategy
• Experience driving adoption of both core payments and value-added financial products
