General Ledger Accounting Manager

We’re looking for a highly skilled GL Accounting Manager to join PayPal’s Finance organization. In this role, you will run the global general ledger operations, including prepaid and accruals management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership of GL/Corporate accounting functions
• Chartered Accountant (CA) with Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Business or Finance
• Experience in SAP ERP and accounting system implementations, enhancements, and optimizations to support GL operations
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and SOX compliance
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage large data sets with speed and accuracy
