Manager, Software Engineering

PayPal is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to manage software development projects, implement processes, ensure project delivery, analyze technical issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate technical issues with non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in a management role
• Strong technical background across mobile, web, and backend systems, with hands-on experience in at least one domain
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional engineering teams to deliver customer-facing products
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for creating seamless, delightful customer experiences through technology
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and modern software development practices
