Manager, Solutions Partner

The Manager, Solutions Partner will act as a thought partner to identify issues and recommend best practices, leading functional projects that enhance business processes, analyze business trends, and engage with clients to develop tailored solutions. The role will also involve representing the technical voice of the customer internally, participating in product design and roadmap reviews to ensure customer needs are addressed.

Requirements

• Actively participate in the technical discovery phase with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
• Assist customers during the integration and onboarding process, ensuring smooth and successful deployment of solutions.
• Explain complex technical concepts to C-level executives and non-technical audiences, ensuring they understand PayPal's technology and value proposition.
• Record and review the solutioning process with the integration team to ensure technical and business requirements are met.
• Represent the technical voice of the customer internally, participating in product design and roadmap reviews to ensure customer needs are addressed.
