PayPal is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive industry go-to-market strategy for the Enterprise Payments & PSP platform powering PayPal's largest merchants. The role involves building deep vertical expertise, creating content that delivers differentiated value to customers, and developing vertical positioning, competitive intelligence, and narratives that help sales teams win.
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7+ years of go-to-market, product marketing or strategy experience in B2B, e-commerce and/or payments spaces
- Familiarity with enterprise commerce environments and payment flows
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and supporting GTM planning cycles
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, product and commercialization phases, and sales and marketing motions
- Business and technical expertise to articulate product value and capabilities internally and externally
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple teams in a matrixed environment and influence without authority
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience managing projects or workstreams independently
- Ability to present insights and plans to internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams and leaders
- Data-informed mindset with the ability to distill complex inputs into clear strategic direction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including content development and storytelling
- Ability to work under pressure, manage ambiguity, maintain focus on high-impact deliverables and chart a path forward independently
- Comfortable taking initiative, learning fast and navigating complexity
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn all facets of your product area and process
