Job Description
PayPal is revolutionizing commerce globally and has an opening for a Sr Manager, Accounting in Tokyo. The role is responsible for accurate and timely statutory reporting for PP Japan, tax compliance, and oversight of outsourced regulatory reporting. The role has overall responsibility for the end-to-end month end close process including review and reporting.
Requirements
- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bilingual in Japanese and English, with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Experienced in SAP, SAP BW, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset and a passion for ecommerce, capable of building trusted relationships with international finance stakeholders
- Proven track record in financial services, technology, or other fast-paced commercial environments
