Requirements
- Greater than 7 years experience leading product governance, conduct risk and/or compliance within a UK regulated Financial Services organisation.
- Proven ability to manage governance forums and work across disciplines (product, legal, risk, operations)
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail, rigor and an ability to influence different stakeholder groups.
- Commercial awareness with a clear focus on good customer outcomes and conduct.
