Tax Accountant

PayPal is seeking a Tax Accountant to initiate and review federal and state income tax returns, gather data from various departments, conduct research on tax matters, and consult on tax notices and audit information requests.

Requirements

• Initiate and review federal and state income tax returns and supporting calculations
• Gather data from various departments to support income tax returns and calculations
• Execute research on federal and state income tax matters
• Consult with federal and state income tax notices and audit information requests
• Initiate process improvement initiatives to increase tax compliance efficiency
• Participate in transfer pricing audits and provide project management support
• Conduct valuations of various assets and review intercompany transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of financial analyses
• Prepare clear and concise transfer pricing documentation
• Stay up to date with transfer pricing regulations and assist with TP function oversight
• Manage the preparation of TP reports and review intercompany cross-charges
• Manage audit document preparation
