Fraud & Chargebacks Data Analyst (Tableau)

Plugdata is seeking a Fraud & Chargeback Data Analyst for its Fraud & CBK team. This role will focus on fraud detection, analysis, and prevention, including automation of dispute workflows and collaboration with various teams. The analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, identifying patterns, and driving improvements in data-driven analyses.

Requirements

• 2 years+ of data analysis experience in the payment or fintech sector (ideally fraud prevention, analytical risks, chargebacks or e-commerce)
• Expertise in Tableau Cloud
• Competence in SQL
• Knowledge of supervised and non-supervised machine learning methods for fraud detection
• Strong communication skills to explain technical analyses to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with fraud prevention or analytical risks
