Job Description
The Engineering Manager will lead high-performing software development team, delivering innovative and scalable solutions that power Paysafe’s LATAM payment platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern development practices.
- Experience leading multi-disciplined development teams in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Technical proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, C#, TypeScript) and experience with microservices, APIs, and containerization.
- Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results across distributed teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
