Finance Business Partner

Paysafe is a leading payments platform seeking a Finance Business Partner to support its commercial teams. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L reporting. The role will involve preparing forecasts, budget, and ad hoc financial analysis, as well as developing KPIs and systems to support business decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• 1-3 years' experience in FP&A, management accounting, or a similar financial business partnering role
• Demonstrated ability to perform variance analysis, identify trends, and provide clear financial insights
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills, with exposure to BI tools and financial systems
