Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or risk management experience in lieu of the degree
- Extensive knowledge of card payment processing/acquiring and digital wallets
- Experience working within a risk or compliance team and an understanding of the importance of policy and audit functions
- Good knowledge of governance concepts in the financial industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills, self-motivated, team minded, innovative and experience working across departments
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision and strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent organizational, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel, Word, Power Point
