Senior Regulatory Counsel (Special Projects 12 month FTC)

Paysafe is seeking a Senior Regulatory Counsel (Special Projects) to support the corporate merger of two regulated entities in the UK on a 12 month fixed term contract. The role involves leading regulatory strategy, advising senior leadership, and owning regulatory submissions.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with relevant experience
• Experience with licensing applications for the FCA
• Financial services regulation experience gained in a financial institution, regulator or financial services department of a law firm
• Payments/E-Money industry experience preferred
• Team player with high self-motivation, positive 'can-do' attitude and collaborative approach
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal issues to multi-disciplinary teams
• Must be highly organised and with a Project Management mindset
