Payscale is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join their growing People Team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive compensation experience and be able to design and execute compensation philosophies responsive to evolving workforce dynamics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive compensation experience
- BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field
- Proven expertise in administering compensation programs, pay structures, and compliance
- Strong proficiency in Payscale's compensation software
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience designing and executing compensation philosophies responsive to evolving workforce dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and guide strategy at both the individual and organizational level
