The Product Manager will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring the product meets customer needs and aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of the gift and loyalty industry and market trends
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and make informed, data driven decisions
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to turn a vision into a series of backlog items
