Job Description
Paytm is seeking a Growth Management- Sr. Manager to drive device growth across acquisition, activation, usage, and retention. This role involves identifying growth levers, improving merchant lifecycle management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale device penetration and impact millions of merchants. It's a fast-paced, data-driven position focused on driving measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of total experience with 2–4 years of relevant experience in growth/problem-solving roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on comfort in SQL/Excel and business metrics.
- Strong business mindset: ability to link metrics to P&L; impact and prioritize outcomes.
- Hustler mindset with bias for action and ownership.
- Strong communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
