Job Description
Paytm is seeking a Product Manager for its Merchant Lending team, focusing on improving the Customer Experience for merchants. This role involves understanding complex financial products, creating intuitive digital journeys, and ensuring trust through user research and UI/UX design. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven thinker with strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Design frictionless, intuitive digital journeys for merchants (onboarding, credit decisioning, KYC, disbursement, repayment, and closure).
- Identify and eliminate drop-off points using funnel data and user feedback.
- Translate insights into UI/UX that builds trust and reduces cognitive load.
- Understand different technology platforms and work with solution architects/engineering leads.
