Paytm is looking for a Sales - Team Lead to join their Oil and Gas vertical Focused Offline payment solution team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in distribution sales in fintech, banking/sales, and EDC sales.

Requirements

• Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
• Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver growth.
• Define optimal sales force structure.
• 3+ yrs of experience of Distribution sales in fintech, Banking/ Sales, and EDC Sales.
• Exceptional communication, presentation skills and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to aggressively manage the successful execution of a sales strategy.
