The Sales - Team Lead - QR-Kota role involves selling products or services for the company, managing relationships with customers, and leading a sales team. The team focuses on offline payment solutions for oil and gas stations and retail businesses, onboarding new merchants and servicing existing ones.

Requirements

• Must have Smart Phone, Bike & Helmet
• Candidate must have a zeal for Growth
• Candidate should have good market knowledge
• Must have done a Channel Sales Role before with a 5 Member Sales Team handled before
• Must understand concepts of distribution, expansion, metrics
• Must have experience in getting team earn Lucrative Incentives
• More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution
• Team handing experience is a must
• Good in Excel & data tools required in Sales
