Job Description
Paytm is seeking a Technical Lead to develop and implement the architecture for backend systems. This role involves leading a team of developers and building scalable, robust products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven experience in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 6+ years of server-side application development experience with Java, Spring boot, Microservices, AWS
- Demonstrated experience delivering highly scalable products
- Deeply technical with a track record of successful delivery
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong program and product management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent judgment, organizational, and problem-solving skills
