Job Description
Provide remote and on-site support and training to clients using our software, handle customer issues and requests, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and listening skills

- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft products proficiency
- Effective time management & organization skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- High school diploma
