Technical Consultant

Seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Consultant with strong understanding of broadband line and router provisioning, maintenance, and upselling techniques.

Requirements

• Install, maintain, and repair broadband lines and routers
• Troubleshoot and resolve broadband line and router issues
• Identify upsell opportunity and upsell additional products and services to customers
• Take shift duty and ad hoc tasks as assigned
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Stay up-to-date on the latest broadband and Wi-Fi technologies
• Able to work effectively with customers and colleagues in difficult and stressful situations
• Demonstrate teamwork, motivation, and a results-driven mindset
