Job Description
Massage Envy is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales goals, build teams, develop talent, and motivate team members. This role connects leadership, team members, and clients, delivering exceptional customer service and a positive work culture. The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of a location and support the General Manager in achieving success within the Massage Envy brand.
Requirements
- Experienced in sales and customer service in a retail setting
- Experienced in training staff
- Retail management experience (Strongly Preferred)
- Strong administrative/back office skills
- Experience with spa management (Highly Preferred)
