Massage Envy is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to drive sales, build teams, and develop talent within a thriving location. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring adherence to Massage Envy's brand values. This position requires a strong background in sales, training, and general management.
Requirements
- Experience in sales and customer service in a retail setting
- Experience in training staff
- Retail management experience (Strongly Preferred)
- Strong administrative/back office skills (Required)
- Fluency in Spanish (Highly preferred)
- Experience with spa management (Highly Preferred)
