Job Description
Massage Envy is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and building a positive team culture. The role involves driving sales, leading and motivating employees, and providing a customer-centric experience. This position is critical in delivering the Massage Envy brand promise of excellent service.
Requirements
- Experienced in sales and customer service in a retail setting
- Experience in training staff
- Strong administrative/back office skills
- Retail management experience (Strongly Preferred)
- Successful track record in goal management
- Friendly, motivated, and sales-driven attitude
