As a Technical Sales Consultant (m/f/d), you will play a central role in advising our renowned partners with technical expertise and working together with our teams on groundbreaking, service-oriented solutions for the future.
You will support the sales team with your expertise in the pre-sales phase, through product presentations and technical workshops.
Your tasks:
- You support the sales team with your expertise in the pre-sales phase, through product presentations and technical workshops
- You are responsible for the technical consulting of our partners and their customers on their way to SaaS and support our sales team in finding the optimal technical solution building blocks for customers - these activities include complex aspects such as:
- Cloud operation, API integrations, and middleware software architecture
- Smart Managed Services and LifeCycle Management (in conjunction with our hardware components)
- In close cooperation with the account managers, the project team, the product management, and the development, you work on customer-specific requirements and design integration solutions
- You collect and evaluate customer feedback and are an important input and idea provider for the further development of our SaaS products, hardware components, and services in terms of cooperation with our partners
Your profile:
- Due to your several years of professional experience, you have expertise in SaaS-relevant topics such as cloud, rest APIs, smart managed services, containerization, and possibly DevOps
- Your well-developed communication and presentation skills, to present and explain very complex technical connections clearly, distinguish you
- Team ability and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation round off your profile
- You speak fluent German and good English in word and writing
- You are open to travel to customers or team workshops
