Accounting Services Representative – Temple Office

We are seeking an Accounting Services Representative to join our team in Temple, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent customer service skills. Convenience store or retail experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Maintain and record business transactions for assigned accounts, including A/P and A/R functions
• Perform general ledger activities such as journal entries for accruals or expense account reclassifications
• Interface with store managers and personnel to ensure efficient store processing
• Generate and review customer financial statements, posts journal entries, and reconciles accounts
• Review and analyze monthly operating results for accuracy and reasonableness
• Follow up on accounting/system issues that affect accounts
• Develop and maintain financial reporting and tracking tools
