Manager, Product Management | Product Manager IV

PDI Technologies is seeking a Manager, Product Management to lead a team of project managers and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate resourcing and proper sequencing of projects. The role requires a minimum of 8 years of project management experience in an AGILE software development environment and direct people-management experience. The position is based in the United States and requires the ability to work with teams in the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

Requirements

• 8-year proven project management experience in an AGILE software development environment
• Direct people-management experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Experience working in client-facing environment
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities across competing deadlines
• Strong communication skills for customer discussions & executive-level reporting
