The Sustainable Agriculture Agent will support smallholder farmers in Ghana to adopt sustainable agricultural practices and technologies, improving food security and household nutrition.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree in any field or 5 years' professional work experience
- Familiarity with agriculture or farm work focusing on vegetable gardening, animal husbandry and/or integrated agriculture systems
- Experience mobilizing people, delivering agricultural trainings, or project planning
- Knowledge of basic field crop, tree crop, or vegetable production practices and technologies
