Sustainable Agriculture Extension Promoter will work with small-holder rural farmers in Panama to improve their food security and the resiliency and sustainability of their livelihoods.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree in any field or 5 years' professional work experience
- Competitive candidates will have one or more of the following criteria: Bachelor of Science degree or Associate degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, or other related fields, or at least 3 years full-time farm experience, or 5 years professional experience in business management, or familiarity/experience with agriculture, gardens, and/or farm work, or experience in leading through collaboration, or experience teaching adults and children formally and informally, or experience with public speaking or facilitating classes/workshops/presentations
