Job Description
Peachtree Group is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Analyst to support the Asset Management Team in their leadership of the hospitality equity investment portfolio. The Analyst role will be focused primarily on preparing financial analysis, tracking portfolio performance, crafting investor reporting, partnering with internal teams and providing actionable insights to enhance returns, mitigate risk, and support investment decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in asset management, equity research, investment banking, financial analysis, or similar role
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling tools, business intelligence platforms and portfolio analytics software
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
