Job Description
Peak Energy is seeking a Process Engineer with expertise in battery manufacturing to oversee and improve manufacturing processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices to optimize production, ensure quality control, and maintain safety protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field)
- Proven experience in battery manufacturing processes, preferably in lithium-ion or other advanced battery technologies
- Strong understanding of materials science and battery components
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other process improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in process simulation and modeling software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and industry trends
- Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations related to battery manufacturing
