Job Description
Peak Energy is seeking a Retail Channel Sales Manager to expand their retail power sales activities in Japan. This role involves building relationships with power retailers and trading houses, driving commercial agreements, and supporting the company's long-term goals in the Japanese electricity market. The position is part of the Power Sales & Marketing team within the Peak Energy framework.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a power retailer or trading house in Japan
- Proven track record in sales, client management, and negotiating commercial power contracts
- Familiarity with Japan’s electricity market structure
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is preferred
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Japanese (spoken and written)
