Floating Maintenance Supervisor

Peak Management is looking for a 'ROCKSTAR' Floating Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will assist maintenance teams in providing exceptional service to all of their communities and must have maintenance experience, including technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods standing and walking, physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces, lift up to 50 pounds at a time, traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
