Maintenance Supervisor

Peak Management is seeking a "ROCKSTAR" Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team and provide exceptional service to customers. The ideal candidate will have maintenance experience, technical and HVAC understanding, and electronic troubleshooting skills.

Requirements

• Prolonged periods standing and walking.
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
