Job Description
Peak Management is seeking a Rockstar Maintenance Supervisor for their Ramblewood Apartments property in Wyoming, Michigan. This is a full-time on-site position involving leading a maintenance team, providing exceptional service, and overseeing a minimum of 500 units. The role requires ongoing training and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Maintenance experience including technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
- Previous experience with obtaining and reviewing bids and contracts.
- Experience leading a team of 10+ and overseeing a minimum of 500 units.
