Peak is looking for a Resident Specialist to join their team at a community of 650+ units in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will interact with prospective and current residents, provide high-quality customer service, and foster a positive relationship with the community.
Requirements
- Ideal candidate interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy
- Works patiently, professionally, and cooperatively with residents and staff to provide high quality customer service
- Fosters a positive, active, and collaborative relationship with residents, and communities with annual, monthly, weekly resident functions and events
- Demonstrate solid understanding of Fair Housing
- Must have reliable transportation
