Supply and Feedstock Head

The Head of Supply & Feedstock is responsible for leading all activities related to the sourcing, supply, and optimisation of feedstocks such as condensates and naphtha. This role ensures the reliable and cost-efficient supply of materials required for production and trading operations while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.

Requirements

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure reliable and competitive feedstock supply aligned with business objectives.
• Negotiate and manage supply contracts under “supply-or-pay” arrangements, ensuring full compliance and risk mitigation.
• Monitor global and regional market conditions for condensates, naphtha, and related petrochemical inputs to optimise procurement timing and pricing.
• Manage end-to-end logistics coordination for feedstock deliveries, ensuring seamless execution and inventory management.
• Collaborate with the commercial and LP (Linear Programming) optimisation teams to align feedstock procurement with production and trading strategies.
• Analyse supply scenarios and recommend optimal feedstock mixes based on LP model outputs, cost structures, and market forecasts.
• Support development of supply planning tools and performance metrics to drive operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with feedstock suppliers and logistics providers.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and negotiations to ensure commercial competitiveness and reliability of supply.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers to strengthen supply security and diversification.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain and contractual risks related to pricing, delivery, quality, and credit exposure.
• Ensure adherence to all contractual terms, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Support governance and reporting processes to ensure transparency and accountability in supply operations.
• Lead and develop the Supply & Feedstock team to build technical, commercial, and analytical capabilities.
• Foster collaboration across trading, operations, and finance functions to ensure cohesive execution of supply strategies.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and operational discipline.
