Peak Performance is looking for a goal-oriented and energetic Assistant Store Manager with VM responsibility for our Outlet store in Brenner. We are seeking someone who is driven to make a difference and whose energy can help the store become a success.

Requirements

• Drive sales growth and achieve store goals
• Scheduling and inventory management
• Participate in the recruitment and selection of new employees
• Coach, train, and motivate store staff to achieve their goals and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain a good understanding of the product range and provide product knowledge to both customers and staff
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing according to our Visual Merchandising guidelines
